Complete Components
Thermal Spray Technologies offers to its customer's complete components that are thermal spray coated. These parts include machined components, metal stampings, castings, and other components. Supplying complete components allows our customers to reduce inventories, and suppliers, and in turn save money.
Component Design
Thermal Spray Technologies engineering staff works directly with our customers in the design of coated components. When a component is designed it is important to understand how the parts design will affect the performance of the coating. TST's engineers make sure the part design will get the maximum benefits of the applied coating.
Assurance of Quality Components
After a coated component is designed and ready for production our quality engineering staff takes over.
Examples
Thermal Spray Technologies supplies complete a variety of thermal sprayed stainless steel mechanical face seals for pump manufactures. These machined components are made in many sizes and shapes that meet the specifications of our customers.
Mechanical face seals, example of complete components produced by TSTMany of these parts are produced in high volumes so to help our customers maintain low inventories Thermal Spray Technologies has in place inventory reductions systems such as Kanban. These Kanban systems allow our customers to have needed parts in short notice while only critical inventories are maintained at Thermal Spray Technologies and our vendors.
